On the basis of marks obtained in the Test conducted on 20/11/2013, the following candidates are invited for Interview (Oral) for the Post of ASSISTANT REGISTRAR [VJ(A) CATEGORY - Internally Transferrable among B,C,D] to be held on 25-11-2014.
The Candidates are directed to attend the Interview(Oral) on the date & time mentioned in Interview Call Letter made available on university website http://www.bamu.ac.in at the Management Council Hall, Administrative Building of the University , University Campus, Aurangabad. All the candidates are directed that they should bring with them all Original Documents and one set of photocopies of such documents, in compliance with the conditions indicated in the advertisement.
The following documents in original will have to be submitted by all the candidates at 09.00 am on 25-11-2014 i.e. prior to the oral interview failing which their eligibility would not be verified and they will be excluded for consideration as candidate for interview by the Selection Committee.
1. Marks memos/ Degree Certificate of the educational qualification
2. SSC/ HSC certificate for Date of Birth proof
3. Following certificates from the employer :
a) Certificate showing name of the post with class/ group, Pay Scale/ Pay Band with Grade Pay on which the candidate has worked throughout the period of experience. So also in the case of Teaching experience, an approval from the concern University for particular period.
b) If the candidate belongs to other than Government Establishment a certifcate showing the status of post on which candidate has worked is / was 100 % Government Granted
